If your mineral supplement
is in an "inorganic"
metallic or clay form...
...they could be toxic
All minerals come in two forms,
organic and inorganic. Whether
a mineral is toxic to the body or not depends on which of these forms you
are ingesting. Your body can
only absorb up to 10% of inorganic forms of minerals. The remaining 90%
becomes an unusable substance that is rejected and left to build up to
potentially toxic levels in your organs and soft tissue. Organic
minerals are usually called "plant derived minerals". Their source
originates from a plant that has taken the minerals up from the soil it was
grown in. "Plant derived minerals" come from deposits of this ancient
plant matter that has been preserved for thousands of years. Minerals
extracted from this plant source are organic and readily absorbable by our
bodies because they are in a form that our bodies were designed to
ingest...in plant form - not rock, clay, or metal. With proper
assimilation by the body, these organic minerals are either fully absorbed,
or if unneeded they are flushed from the system, leaving no unusable residue

WHY DO HEAVY METALS BUILD UP IN THE
BODY...
Many times declining health is due to toxic,
inorganic mineral build up. These heavy metals can come from our drinking
water, food, and the wrong kind of supplements, such as clay based or ground
up rock based mineral supplements. We are not designed to digest rocks
because the molecules are too large to be absorbed and utilized by the body.
These unused, inorganic minerals can then build up to potentially

auto-immune system diseases. When buying supplements, remember, inorganic minerals are very useful for

Check your supplement labels and look for the proper form of mineral.
The label should say "Plant derived". Any other form may
be an inorganic metallic or clay mineral.
